District 43 Communication & Leadership Award

Each year Toastmasters District is invited to present, at its option, the Communication & Leadership award, honoring outstanding non-Toastmasters in the community who admirably represent communication and leadership skills, and thereby reflect in their communities the finest traditions of Toastmasters International.
